Loan Officer with Credit Card Service experience
We are seeking a Loan Officer with Consumer and Credit Card Service experience preferable with Co-Op Network. You will be a part of our Lending Department. This will include assisting members by phone or office, accepting, reviewing and approving Consumer loans and Credit Cards. You will also be the Team Lead for our MasterCard credit card. This will include assisting members by phone or office, handling of disputes, resolutions, investigating fraud transactions, and coding credit cards for travel dates.
This is a Full-Time, IN OFFICE POSITION (M-F, 8am-5pm)
Loan Officer Duties And Responsibilities
Review and analyze member loan applications for decisioning on Consumer and MasterCard loans
Track credit card inventory, investigate and research card issues for members, attend monthly trend calls, review card renewals, conduct credit card close and reopens, instant issue of cards, and maintain instant issue card inventory
Establish terms and conditions of approved loans/credit cards
Prepare and review all loan/credit card documents for completeness and accuracy
Follow loan policy and procedures to ensure compliance
Place liens and release liens on titles when appropriate
Cross sell Credit Union products and services
Loan Officer Requirements And Qualifications
Three to Five years of Consumer Lending or similar/related experience
Two to five years Card Services experience
High School diploma or GED certificate
Proficient with Microsoft office products
Excellent customer service and communication skills a must
Ability to multi-task and organized
Experience with CMC Core a bonus
Experience with CO-OP card services platform a bonus

Salary Range from $19.60 to $24.50, pending experience.
