What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at TAMS, LLC?

We are looking for a talented, hard-working, team-oriented person to assist with our on-line sales efforts. This person will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives and providing customers with extraordinary customer service . You must be detail oriented, thorough and organized. Position requires clean background check (including finger printing) and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately photographing and listing items for sale on websites such as eBay
  • Invoice and prepare orders for the packing and shipping team
  • Respond to customer questions and/or issues
  • Assist the on-line sales team in achieving monthly sales objectives
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
