Job Posting for Amazon Advertising Manager at Tana Sales and Marketing
Tana Sales & Marketing is looking to hire a full-time Advertising Manager to join our exceptional team of individuals who are passionate about delivering uncompromising customer service and driving business growth for our clients. The Advertising Team is responsible for combining strategy with real-time data to strengthen ad campaign performance and ultimately help brands grow on Amazon. This role partners with our client Vendor and Seller accounts to analyze data, provide recommendations and execute promotional strategies that support sales goals.
Key Accountabilities
Serve as the full-time Advertising Manager for an assigned number of Vendor and Seller accounts on Amazon, Target, and/or Walmart
Speak as the client-facing POC for all Advertising-related discussions and frequent status updates
Manage day-to-day advertising console operations, including, but not limited to: budget management, bid management, campaign analysis and optimization
Strategize creative advertising campaigns after extensive product and sub-category research
Build custom audiences for keyword targeting and product targeting objectives using a combination of existing platform reporting and 3rd-party external software systems
Launch campaigns in a clean, organized, and precise fashion for client-specific reporting
Report account performance as required with custom-built reporting, meeting agendas, and business reviews
Stay up to speed on the latest account promotions: coupons, deals of the day, marquee/holiday events, etc.
Frequently collaborate with internal Sales, Account Management, and Content teams for client success
Partner with Amazon Advertising colleagues for information sharing and joint program success
Required Skills and Experience
2 years in a similar Amazon Advertising, digital marketing, or PPC/eCPM bid related role
Experience with Amazon, or similar eCommerce retail sales channels (Walmart, Target) preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency presenting to and influencing both internal and external audiences
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, scheduling and workflows to meet all deadlines
Experience with creating advertising reports and making recommendations on ad budgets and ad management strategies with account managers and clients
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to read, interpret and use data to inform ad strategies
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including a demonstrated knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formula writing, and Pivot Tables
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment of eCommerce
BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or Business Related (preferred)
Ability to work full-time from home with the occasional in-person meeting/travel opportunity
