A law firm in New Jersey is currently seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join their staff as their new Executive Assistant.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will :
- Provide administrative support on daily activities, including calendar management and scheduling, processing of correspondence, invoice and expense reporting, file maintenance, etc.
- Manage material gathering, administer the collaborative online space for materials and agendas, and participate in meetings to take notes
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events with internal and external parties and oversee logistics, scheduling and technology of programmatic meetings and retreats
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Track and follow up on requests to ensure timely response
- Provide ad-hoc hands-on support for a variety of projects and roles
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Administrative experience providing support to Executives and/or C-Level staff
- Bachelor's Degree
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Clio CRM
