What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investment Operations Analyst position at Tandym Group?
We have an exciting opportunity to support a team in need of Investment Operations support. This role is offering a fully remote schedule, working on EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Populating Excel spreadsheets
- Instructing custody bank to send wires
- Communicating with brokers to confirm payment and settlement details
- Comparing our trade details with broker/counter-party details to confirm they match; escalating and resolving variances
- Researching position, cash and/or transaction reconciliation variances; driving to resolution of discovered issues
Qualifications:
- Experience within investment operations
- Derivatives experience would be strong plus or Corporate Treasury, as an alternative
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally holds experience with software such as Bloomberg, Clearwater, Simcorp Dimension
- Sound excel skills
