Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with our customers. As a sales associate, you will be the face of our boutique, helping customers find the perfect items and ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome customers as they enter tangerine, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
-Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences, offering styling advice and recommendations.
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
-Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and courteously.
Keep the boutique clean, organized and visually appealing, including merchandising and restocking.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
-Stay up-to-date with boutique policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety and security measures.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Ability to stand for at least four hours and lift 25 pounds.
Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours a week.
