Required:
- At least 4 years of latest experience in GW BillingCenter (preferable 10 or above)
- At least 6-8 years of experience as Business Analyst in driving discussions with business for requirement gathering, collaboration with Onsite and Offshore teams as part of execution
- GW certifications on BillingCenter (ACE certified Preferred)
- Hands on experience in Guidewire product - BillingCenter
- Drives Business Requirements gathering and solution workshops with client and cognizant team for various tracks focusing on Integrations, Forms, Mapping of data elements etc for GW programs
- Lead Guidewire BillingCenter user story elaboration, demos and design workshops.
- Requirements definition for projects and multi-year strategic Guidewire initiatives; identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements, and create documentation inclusive of business use cases, process flows, data flows, traceability matrices and report mock-ups
- GW BC 10 implementation and then maintenance enhancement experience is required.
- Strong hands-on experience leading BC workstream for implementations and third-party integrations
- End-to-end holistic knowledge of all Billing transactions, notices, financial reconciliations mapping into Treasury and accounting workflows, agent commissions, payments inbound and outbound, and finally data feed in from legacy systems to Billing, Guidewire PC, and CC to BC for Commercial and Personal Lines is a (must have)
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations
- Schedule review sessions for completed business/functional requirements with key business users focused on gaining consensus and final business approval
- Proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the out of the box software functionality.
- Acts as a point of contact for business analysis track, clarify questions from the development & testing team(s) during sprint development
- Manage sprint end demos to business at the end of each sprint
- Review and provides input for Test scenarios and defect triage for requirement inquiries
- Participate in defect triage meetings and helps with requirements and design clarification
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and collaborates with onsite & offshore team members
