Job Description
What You'll Do
- Leads client meetings that support Agile methodology development
- Analyze and understand client business objectives and requirements
- Design client solutions utilizing the Pega Platform within specified timeframes
- Troubleshoot, debug and demo applications
- Gather and evaluate client feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Manage and collaborate with development team members throughout sprint life cycle
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor's degree: engineering and technical backgrounds are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of software development experience utilizing the Pega Platform
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (SSA); Lead System Architect (LSA) is a plus
- Ability to program in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or other programming languages
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
- Demonstrable consulting skill-sets, including requirements gathering and analysis
