Job Overview:

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Uphold a positive attitude and create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or catering preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating orders accurately
- Knowledge of banquet or event bartending procedures is advantageous
