Looking for servers and bartenders with 4 consistent years experience in the restaurant industry. The perfect fit looks like a reliable team player with a good attitude able to think outside of the box and work hard in a fast-paced cafe and bar atmosphere. Seeking applicants who can provide constructive feedback criticism and bring suggestions solutions with the problems and challenges of an ever-changing business. Hours can be as set or as flexible as you want. Work with a management team who are willing to cover shifts and honor requests off on a consistent and reliable basis. Fun work environment with a friendly team of all ages and experiences. AM & PM shifts available, though nighttime is where the need is greatest and where you'll make the most money. Generally, this candidate would start as a server to learn the basics of Taproot, and work their way up to running the bar. Experience will get you behind the bar quicker. Start as soon as you'd like. Valid food handlers card, OLCC certification, and two forms of ID required.
