Job Posting for Procurement Manager at TARC, INC
Secure and maintain quality and profitable contract work that provides work training for community employment and/or employment where individuals can earn a competitive wage.
Work in conjunction with the TARC Industries production team. Be a member of a TEAM that confidently and competently supports one another.
Actively build relationships with local, regional, national, and international businesses and governmental agencies to secure suitable and profitable contract work for TARC Industries.
Collect bidding information for newly developed contract proposals. Provide product samples and complete bidding process in accordance with TARC Industries bidding procedures.
Develop and maintain customer base for all contracting initiatives provided by TARC Industries. Evolve and expand existing customer base by providing superior sales service.
Successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- High school Diploma or equivalent plus three years college or specialized training in sales and/or marketing or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Four or more years work experience in marketing or related field required.
- Experience with non-profit agencies desirable.
TARC, Inc. conducts background screenings, post-offer and pre-employment drug testing.
