How do you drive it? The Data Analyst supports all departments by using PowerBI & SQL for data collection and visualization to help leaders manage their business to serve our clients. You work quickly and cross-functionally to analyze and integrate data from different sources to help leaders make critical business decisions by creating dashboards to visualize business trends and opportunities.

· Strong technical skills in querying data in SQL, creating reports in Excel and PowerBI.

· Provide great customer service while working cross-functionally with other departments.

· Must be entrepreneurial and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

· Be a self-starter, meet deadlines, demonstrate strong organizational skills, take initiative.

· Respond to analytics service requests, change requests and enhancement requests.

· Efficiently support analytical projects for the customers and handle communications with the customer and operations.

· Identify root causes for some reoccurring issues in SQL models, Excel models, Data models and document standard operating procedures to resolve these issues on-time.

· Work with all departments to enable PowerBI and reporting capabilities from the operational reports.

· Deliver visualizations via PowerBI dashboards and create reports for department and business leader consumption.

· Develop and implement efficient Data Analytics projects, including data collection, storing, and analyzing data through data mining, process analysis, performance benchmarking and descriptive analytics.

· Learn advanced data analytics and data modeling techniques. Tools usually include Tableau, Python, and R.

· Run and publish daily operational numbers, Weekly KPI’s and Monthly KPI’s

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

· 0 - 2 years of experience working in an IT or analytics team.

· Experience with analytical tools – MS Excel, SQL, and Database Framework.

· Experience supporting multiple customer accounts, handling customer issues and communicating the root causes and resolution.

· Inquisitiveness and determination to learn new tools and concepts of data science and data modeling.

· Experience in IT support and some knowledge of managing tickets.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

· Frequent walking, standing and prolonged periods of sitting.

· Reaching, bending and occasional stair climbing

· May encounter occasional exposure to fumes and/or airborne particles and hear moderate noise from office and warehouse equipment.
