Responsible for supervising mental health staff involved in direct patient care and management of contract funding. Duties also include direct patient service, assessment of patients at the time of admission and re-assessments as required, mental status examinations, proving diagnosis and treatment recommendations, excellent documentation skills, crisis intervention and quality assurance reviews. Position requires licensure by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW or LMFT. Knowledge of DMH requirements is required, experience working with persons suffering from a substance use disorder and/or dual diagnosis is preferred.
