Position Description
Tarzana Treatment Centers (TTC) relies on internal applications to track patients from the moment they contact us to being scheduled, admitted, and with internal referrals. We are seeking a motivated individual that can multi-task working with these applications and integrations between them. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and be able to work with staff organization wide.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Patient Communication and Data Analysis Supervisor with analysis and reports
Analyze and track usage through databases and Excel worksheets
Quickly run reports on patient access to care, admissions, and movement
Champion increased usage and train staff
Maintain email and user lists
Troubleshoot issues reported by staff
Skills Required:
Knowledge of databases and data analysis
Strong Excel background
Knowledge of newer Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
At least 2 years in a healthcare environment – Substance Use or Mental Health preferred
Familiarity with patient records
Training background - preferred
Previous experience with a patient portal – preferred
Sales or Marketing background – preferred
