We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Principal Secretary / Attendance Clerk. As a Principal Secretary / Attendance Clerk, you will be responsible for managing attendance records, providing administrative support, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Duties :
Maintain accurate attendance records for employees or students Monitor and track attendance data on a daily basis Generate reports and summaries of attendance records as needed Assist with the implementation of attendance policies and procedures Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars Respond to inquiries from employees or students regarding attendance matters Perform data entry tasks to update attendance records in computerized systems Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents as required Assist with event planning and coordination related to attendance tracking
Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles Proficient in data entry and computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Excellent organizational and time management skills
