Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Biller with expertise in CDK software to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing vehicle sales and leases, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Your proficiency in CDK Drive will be instrumental in streamlining billing operations, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Biller proficient in CDK Drive, you will oversee billing processing, including generating invoices, verifying pricing and taxes, and applying discounts and incentives. You will manage documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately within the CDK Drive system. Collaboration with sales, finance, and administrative teams is essential to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries promptly. Your expertise in CDK Drive will enable you to navigate the software seamlessly, conduct system audits, and provide training and support to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Biller with proficiency in CDK Drive software.
• Strong understanding of automotive billing procedures, including sales tax calculation and finance documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and customer interactions.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
