Social Media Marketing team wants to expand their outsourcing team to include US and European languages. They are currently working on (tik-tok future) and would like to expand to Facebook, IG and Twitter in 2021 and are looking for another outsourcer to grow. They are engaging TaskUs to manage social media accounts on the behalf of a streaming channel.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing, setup, ingestion and tracking of assets (Video, Artwork, Metadata) in our content management systems
Troubleshooting
Identify and drive more optimized ways to deliver required access with other product teams.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with fulfilling and managing large sets of assets in complex asset/Data environments.
Can confidently connect the dots between seemingly disparate data and asset/data management environments
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and willingness to pivot workflows as needed
Strong knowledge of A/V and Artwork file types and specifications
Superior asset and Content Management problem- solving, project coordination skills
Excellent Verbal and written communication
Background in entertainment or media project coordination.
