Job Description – Tasty Hut – Pizza Hut
Department: Operations
Title: Maintenance Technician Reports To: RVP
Job Purpose Statement:
To perform maintenance and construction of all facilities related to operations of all Quality Huts assets; supplying and maintaining the resources and equipment necessary to keep the facility operating in a highly effective and profitable manner, achieving the desired Return on Sales (ROS) and Return on Investment (ROI) for the owner.
Job Functions:
Quote and perform all repairs for necessary equipment or facilities required to operate all Quality Huts locations.
Directly monitor all maintenance contracts and schedules are adhered to and invoiced correctly.
Submit necessary blue prints, drawings and plans to all PHI , State, City and Local authorities to complete necessary remodels and build outs as designated by QH.
Support a culture and environment of safety and comfort for our vendors and technicians , free from harassment of any kind; as well as a culture of genuine hospitality towards the Guest.
Assist and support the Operations team in maintaining all standards of excellence in the restaurants as they pertain to Quality of food, Friendliness of service, Cleanliness of facility and equipment, and Safety of employees and Guests.
Support the Operations Team in assuring at all times that the restaurants are following all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and that all guidelines as they pertain to food safety, employee and Guest safety, labor/employment are strictly adhered to.
Communicate to Tasty Hut leadership in a timely and effective manner all issues that are pertinent to the safety of our Guests, the environment for our employees and the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant.
Accurately perform in a timely manner all administrative duties required to produce daily, weekly and periodic company financial reports and repair invoices
Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate the company values; perform all other tasks as directed by the company leadership team to include all Above Store Leadership and their assigned representatives; at all times represent Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC as a professional in every aspect of performance.
