What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Management Analyst position at Tata Technologies?
- Prepare and circulate reports as per requirements specified in Program Records and Reporting section.
- Capture relevant data required for reports.
- Track and monitor status of various services, capacities that are offered under proposal.
- Ticket data from time of arrival until time of closure.
- Report management – frequency, formats, contents, repositories, distribution
- Follow up action items during governance meetings – CMRB, OSB towards their closure.
- Track change request within each service as well as for CCR for the contact.
- Track financials and ensure billing is done on time and as per agreed charging mechanism.
- Governing Build team meetings and track progress of all receipts, maintenance release, block points.
- Prepare detailed project plans.
- Prepare meeting minutes (business IT meeting, Core Team meetings, Build Team meetings
- Assemble team to test after scheduled change and report testing status to business.
- Host go/no go call after schedule change.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in IT, Computer Science or related technical field and two (2) years of experience with project or systems analysis. Experience must include 2 years with each of the following:
Data Analysis.
Process Modeling and Requirements Management.
Software Development Lifecycle.
VBA and MS programming.
Excel Macro Programming.
Reports and Dashboard creation.
Presenting technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Position may be authorized for 100% telecommuting and may be assigned to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
BASE SALARY RANGE: $63,877 - $98,244 /year. Regional salary adjustments for CA, CO, NY and WA states are base 20% - 30%.
