What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Experience Designer position at Tatari?

We combine a sophisticated media buying platform with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

We are growing rapidly as we accelerate our mission to automate the complex landscape of managing and measuring television advertising. We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.
Our customer base is expanding to new segments that will use our self-serve platform. We are looking for a Learning and Experience Designer to own the learner journey. They will work with internal subject matter experts to develop content and training materials that empower first-time TV advertisers to launch campaigns without needing to talk to someone from our services team.
Our ideal candidate has experience with instructional design and building & maintaining a learning program.
Responsibilities:
- Select appropriate instructional methods and technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other resources to develop content (lesson plans, scripts, assessments, articles, etc.)
- Design and develop a structured curriculum that helps clients understand the industry and our platform
- Create engaging and immersive learning experiences, both virtual (live or on-demand) and in-person
- Analyzes data related to learning and performance
- Provide recommendations for program improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with creating curriculum and training programs for a software-based business, preferably in the marketing or advertising technology industry
- Bonus if you have created or worked on an industry certification program
- Deep understanding of tech solutions and vendors used in creating learning programs (LMS, video editing, etc)
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (product, marketing, client services) and developing alignment on learning strategy.
