What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at TaVeda AtWork?
We are hiring for a Part-time Bookkeeper position that includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable by reviewing and processing customer invoices, process proforma invoices for advance payment customers, following up on overdue payments, and resolving any invoice or payment issues with customers.
- Manage accounts payable by verifying and processing vendor bills, processing payments for recurring and online bills, and resolving any invoice or payment issues with vendors.
- Track customer invoices that have commissions payable, calculate and enter commissions for representatives.
- Monitor inventory accuracy with cycle counts, receive and process drop shipments.
- Review and reconcile general ledger and trial balance transactions.
The ideal candidate will work well in a small office environment and be a team player. Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field is preferred.
