Position Duties / Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain Ice Cream Counter: Keep our ice cream counter and customer area pristine by following opening and closing procedures diligently.
• Scoop with Precision: Master the art of scooping ice cream with accuracy and consistency, adhering to our guidelines.
• Craft Delicious Treats: Prepare shakes and ice cream sandwiches to perfection for our eager customers.
• Ensure Food Safety: Follow food safety principles to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Monitor Inventory: Keep a close eye on our ice cream selection, ensuring we always have a tempting variety available.
• Keep it Clean: Perform daily cleaning tasks for the ice cream counter area and conduct weekly deep cleans of equipment.
• Manage Inventory: Take weekly inventory of ice cream and related items, restocking as needed.
• Handle Transactions: Operate the POS system and process credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain Guest Area: Keep the guest area tidy and inviting by cleaning tables, straightening chairs, and sweeping floors.
• Restock and Display: Ensure our ice cream display is always looking its best by cleaning and restocking as required.

Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Fluency in English
