Job Summary: Tavolino Della Notte is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join our family. As a Cocktail Server, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing energetic and personalized food and beverage service. You will be responsible for anticipating the guests' needs, providing tailored recommendations, recording and inputting guests' orders while paying high attention to detail, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to all food and beverage timing and safety standards. A successful team member will show a dedication to our culture and executing the highest standards of service. Tavolino Della Notte is a Live Music Venue on Thursday - Saturday, expect loud music and a high volume of guests and guests needs.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a Cocktail Server or similar capacity preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prolific knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items
Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
Greet guests, promptly answer questions, and make menu recommendations
Record, input, and close guests' orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner and address any issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area
Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
Follow all food and beverage safety and timing standards
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional guest service and upholding Tavolino culture
Hours of Operation: TDN is open daily and Cocktail Server shifts are scheduled during the following hours: Sunday thru Thursday: 5 PM - 11 PM Friday & Saturday: 5 PM - 12 AM
