Our office is looking for motivated Individuals to assist clients individual and small business tax returns along with bookkeeping. Our office is customer focused, professional and our goal is to continue to ensure our clients are in tax compliance.
Position includes individual income tax preparation, tax notices, small business preparation, consolidating information from the clients, general bookkeeping, payroll, copying, scanning, organizing, assembly of tax returns. Everyone within the office assists with answering phones, cleaning, shredding, and contact with the clients.
Experience with QuickBooks, Payroll, and/or a Notary license is a plus for this position, but not required. Hours are flexible. In-Person Interviews are required. We would like to conduct interviews as early as the week of June 3rd.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
