This is a full time, exempt position, reporting to TaxSlayer’s corporate headquarters in Augusta, GA.

The position:
Our Corporate Recruiter sources, screens, and interviews candidates across all divisions and makes recommendations to hiring managers. Represents TaxSlayer in a professional, polished manner while always upholding the confidentiality of the company and the candidate. Acts as a talent advisor to the business by educating on the current talent market, surfacing sourcing and attraction challenges, and coaching leaders where needed. Partners with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and compensation team on internal pay range challenges. Acts as a brand advocate to candidates, building excitement around the position and the company.
Additionally, this position will have the opportunity to partner on projects within Talent Acquisition and HR. Projects may include behavioral interview training, systems implementations/updates, Seasonal Hiring ramp, talent programs and more.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting. A blend of agency and corporate experience a plus.
- A true talent advisor. Ability to partner with hiring leaders, educate on current market conditions, and hold hiring leaders accountable in the recruiting process.
- Technical recruiting experience a plus. If no experience in this area, must be motivated to gain a basis of knowledge necessary for effective talent sourcing.
- Ability to effectively and professionally interface with all levels, cultivate internal and external partnerships, and act in a confidential manner.
- Resourceful and self-driven to cultivate interest in TaxSlayer opportunities by reaching passive candidates via creative sourcing efforts.
- Proven analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to deliver an excellent candidate experience to establish TaxSlayer as an employer of choice. Ability to work in a fast moving, deadline driven environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
