Hiring residents of the following US states only: GA, SC, IN, IA, FL, NC, NH, VA and TX

Join our work-from-home Seasonal Customer Support Team for the 2022/2023 tax season. We have teams who will start as early November, in addition to start dates in December and January. All Seasonal roles are expected to last through tax season in April of 2023. Apply now and we will contact you when hiring begins!

You will train to help DIY taxpayers and professional preparers navigate our user-friendly online system and become successful TaxSlayers!!! We will provide the tools, equipment, training, and support to help you succeed, as well.

Helpful experience includes:

• Work experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or computer support role
• Prior education focused in Accounting and Business courses
• Prior tax preparation experience (for yourself and/or others)
• Experience using TaxSlayer software
• Computer experience in a professional work setting
• Experience providing training and coaching experience to others
• Motivated team players who enjoy working with other top performers

Necessary qualifications:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• High speed internet and a dedicated workspace in your home (you will be able to run a speed test to confirm this in the interview process)
• Excellent writing and communications skills (a quick assessment will be provided in the interview process so you can show off your skills)
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to provide proof of eligibility
• Familiar with computers and basic computer navigation in a professional capacity
• Able to work for long periods of time and remain available to assist customers via phone and computer.
• Must successfully complete our screening and onboarding process.
• Willing to commit to work through April of 2023
