Tax Preparer

At TaxxWiz we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking to hire a Tax Preparer to be the driving force that empowers our business to continue moving forward. The ideal person for the job should have some tax knowledge, good customer service skills, and not be afraid of working hard during tax season. Given the changing nature of the business, we rely on our preparers for flexibility, and dedication to complete every return that comes across their desk. This is a hybrid position that allows work-from-home options during the week based on demand. Compensation for this position starts at $15/hour. We are open to negotiation based on experience and also offer AMAZING bonuses every month throughout the tax season based on number of returns completed!

Objectives

• Must be able to learn/operate Taxx Wiz software (Taxwise) to complete all returns

• Must be able to learn/operate CRM software (Taxdome) to complete tax returns

• Must be able to work 8-10 hour days (flexible)

• Must be able to communicate with data entry specialists, customers, and management about information needed to complete tax returns

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of tax preparation experience

• Proficiency in Taxwise and Taxdome software is preferred, but not required
