Grade Levels: 6-8
Positions begin with the 2024-2025 School Year
Primarily teaching grade 8 math. There could be one other grade level to complete a full day teaching assignment.
Teachers also work in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities: Prepare students for the changing world in which they live; provide diverse learning opportunities using scientific inquiry, technological & engineering design, mathematical analysis, and project/problem-based experiences; participate in district and building level professional development; revise curriculum.
Certification and Qualifications: Valid Indiana teaching license with middle school certification (Grades 6-8) in Math required; demonstration of leadership; strong skills in interpersonal communication and collaboration; history of using differentiated strategies in instruction; demonstrated ability to integrate technology in instruction.
