This position is a part-time temporary that is Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing visitors to appropriate person or area in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answering phones, handling inquiries, and relaying messages.
- Opening and closing entryways and receiving deliveries.
- Creating an exceptional experience for clients through attention to detail and anticipating their needs.
- Completing administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
