The Landscape Construction Foreman and Assistant Foreman is a working Supervisor position. This job is responsible for completing the assigned installation on time and on budget, while keeping to high quality standards.

Essential Functions for
Construction Foreman / Assistant Foreman:

  • Lead and Direct activities on the job site
  • Manage personnel effectively and efficiently by delegating work specific tasks
  • Communicate and coordinate with the estimator effectively for accurate completion of installations
  • Paver Installation
  • Irrigation Installation
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • 6months Landscaping Supervisor/Foreman experience (to include installation of synthetic turf, pavers, retaining walls, flagstone and irrigation)
  • Clean driving record
  • Proficient heavy equipment operating skills
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications
  • Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background

(i.e. clients, contractors, vendors, other designers)

  • Punctual and dependable
