Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers in person, by phone, and via email. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing the best customer service experience for each customer. The Customer Service Representative will also interact with management to assist with any issues that arise from the customer.
Core Responsibilities & Duties (including but not limited to):
·Provide customers a positive first experience by answering questions and addressing concerns.
·Assist in the sale of additional products and services.
·Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.
·Be knowledgeable about the recreation center and programs.
·Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
·Document interactions in a professional manner using company tools.
·Collaborate with management on issues that may arise from or impact on the customer’s experience.
·Resolve any customer issues or complaints that may affect other customers or the recreation center as a whole.
·Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with other departments, customers, vendors, etc.
·Ability to learn new software.
·Cash Handling
Skills & Qualifications:
·Must be authorized to work in Taylorsville, UT.
·Recommended at least 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment.
·Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 29 per week
