Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and leading business expansion into emerging markets, particularly in Asia, Middle East, Africa or LATAM. This role requires enterprise-level experience, managing a business portfolio of at least $10 million annually, within the SaaS/tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies to drive growth and market penetration in targeted regions.
Market Expansion: Lead and manage the expansion initiatives into emerging markets, focusing on Asia and LATAM.
Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and drive business growth.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage a business portfolio with a minimum annual revenue of $10 million, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and budget.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports on growth metrics, market insights, and progress against targets.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in growth management, business development, or a related role within the SaaS/tech industry and enterprise-level organizations.
Experience in Payment
GTM Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
Market Expansion: Demonstrated success in leading business expansion into emerging markets, specifically Asia, the Middle East, Africa and LATAM.
Revenue Management: Experience managing a business portfolio with an annual revenue of at least $10 million.
Payment Experience: Experience in evaluating and selecting appropriate payment methods and options to optimize revenue, improve transaction success rate, and enhance customer satisfaction is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
