Key Responsibilities:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified CDLA Driver to support the Supply Chain team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.
This role will be responsible for a valid CDL class A license and comply with all FDOT regulations and requirements and it shuttle fruit loads to and from ramps safely and efficiently as directed. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Shuttle fruit loads to and from ramps safely and efficiently as directed.
- Support ramp persons between loads when time permits and perform general clean up.
- Ensure respectful and responsive communication with Scale house attendants, Ramp persons, and outside drivers.
- Perform required inspection on equipment.
- Expectation is zero damage to equipment; however, if damage occurs, you are required to immediately report any damage to Tropicana or hauler equipment
Requirements:
- Must have valid CDL Class A license and comply with all FDOT regulations and requirements

Safety:
- Ensure all safety rules, procedures, policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed
- Set the example for others by demonstrating adherence to safety rules, procedures, policies and GMP’s
- Proactively and aggressively address safety gaps
- Participate in department safety audits and department walk-throughs
- Ensure shift/team required training and compliance matters are completed on time
