Develop and implement comprehensive treasury strategies aligned with the financial goals and risk tolerance of high-net-worth families.
Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and optimize capital allocation to meet the diverse needs of family members.
Investment Oversight:
Work closely with the investment team to monitor and assess investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with family financial objectives and risk tolerance.
Provide recommendations on asset allocation, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
Risk Management:
Develop and implement robust risk management policies and procedures to safeguard family assets.
Monitor market trends, interest rates, and economic indicators to assess potential risks and opportunities.
Debt Management:
Manage and optimize family debt structures, including mortgages, lines of credit, and other financing arrangements.
Collaborate with financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities, investment performance, and financial health to family members and stakeholders.
Effectively communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Work with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues and implement necessary changes.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investment advisors, and other external partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor to family members on financial matters, providing expert guidance and fostering a collaborative partnership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA or CTP preferred
Proven experience in treasury management, ideally within a family office setting.
Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and risk management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with high-net-worth individuals and family members.
Familiarity with relevant financial software and tools.
