 Strength & Conditioning Coach:

Level II Fitness is looking for confident, energetic, and highly motivated persons to join our team. Our Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strength and conditioning programs for all sports, with three major goals of improving athletic performance, reducing athletic injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.

Requirements

 Requirements include:

  • Must have proven expertise in designing comprehensive training programs that comply with our class structure and high standards.
  • Must have the ability and confidence to demonstrate and teach exercise technique properly
  • Must be able to effectively communicate to individuals and groups, have a keen attention to detail, and an untiring level of initiative.
  • A current nationally accredited training certification (CSCS preferred, but not required)
  • Must demonstrate confident leadership abilities -be punctual and reliable.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
  • Looking for committed individuals with availability in the early mornings and evenings.
