Technical Services Associate (Field Services)
Triumvirate Environmental , one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for our Field Services Department.
This position offers a lot of growth potential within our Technical Services Department and sets the employee up to be able to grow within the company.
The selected candidate should exhibit strong organizational skills, be highly productive and be able to take the initiative to support the responsibilities of the team.

This position reports to Senior Field Services Manager and is based in Somerville, MA, fully onsite.
Essential responsibilities and duties include :
- Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Display leadership and teamwork among Field Services group.
- Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level customer service during job closure and month-end.
- Provide administrative support to Field Services department.
- Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions.
- Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry.
- Assist in data entry for job paperwork in the office.
- Organize and file project documents.
- Create client invoices based on job paperwork.
Basic Requirements :
- Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Preferred Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience working within Oracle ERP.
- Relevant industry experience.
