Summary: The successful candidate will develop, monitor and evolve a commission tracking and payment processes.Although this is an entry level position on the Finance Team, the successful candidate will be given ample opportunity to grow and assume increased responsibilities. This position has the option to work in office, hybrid or remote.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external partners to monitor commission remittance.
Respond to inquiries regarding partner feeds, work to pro-actively resolve issues, and relay resolution processes to the appropriate internal/external person(s).
Monitor assigned client and carrier AP and AR.
Develop, maintain and evolve commission tracking process.
Engage outside partners in professional and supportive manner.
Learn and become proficient with our task management and project management tools and processes.
Become familiar with our proprietary benefits administration platform.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sound judgement and reasoning.
Well-organized and strong multi-tasking skills.
Good internal skills and works well in a team environment.
