Candidate will have demonstrated experience keeping projects on track and under deadlines. Strong problem solving, design sensibility, and comfortable handling multiple projects are necessary qualities. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Building Verification
- Design Development of Construction Documents
- Project Coordination between Clients, Engineers, and Contractors
- Project Scheduling
- Supervised Construction Administration
