Job Description

The Commercial Loan Operations Representative IV is responsible for the day-to-day guidance and supervision to a unit or team in Loan Operations. The Commercial Loan Operations Representative IV performs most of the duties of employees supervised and acts as an experienced resource for team. Supervision is usually limited to day-to-day work load coordination, resolution of routine procedural problems, and is most often confined to a single operations process. This job spends the majority of the time performing the same or similar work as the rest of the unit supervised. The Commercial Loan Operations Representative IV performs complex or non-routine administrative tasks exercising judgment and discretion in the performance of duties usually in support of a single unit or team within Loan Operations.

Depth & Scope:

Performs more complex administrative tasks to support Loan Operations Team
Provides information and procedural knowledge for less experienced staff
Can function as a resource for less experienced staff members
Can coach less experienced staff
Reviews work of less experienced staff for accuracy and completeness
Completes complex entries in general ledger
Reconciles general ledger entries and researches discrepancies
Takes corrective action as necessary and researches complex issues to determine best course for resolution
May train new Employees in systems, procedures and processes
May provide input and assistance to management in developing and maintaining budget as requested
May perform additional tasks employing skill and experience in the function
Suggests changes or modifications to policies and procedures to supervisor based on day-to-day observations and activities
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
3 Years of related experience
Sound computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications is required.
Strong knowledge of Loan Operations policies and procedures is preferred.
Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload to meet unit objectives is required.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are also required.
Ability to assist less experienced team members.
