Manages larger and/or more complex regions
Leads and Mentors less tenured Regional Operations Officers
Works with Regional Retail Operations Director to facilitate market wide projects, meetings, reporting and best practices
Operational excellence to manage daily, weekly, monthly Store controls, processes and procedures to ensure passing corporate audits and regulatory compliance
Coaches Store teams to Quality Assurance results obtained for high risk operational components, ensuring results meet operational, legal and regulatory standards
Leads and manages regional operations matrix to include NAMES, Teller differences, Cash Items, as well as all regional controllable expenses and impact 360
Completes 1 Operational Excellence review per Store per quarter as well as One full cash audit per store per calendar year
Assesses physical appearance of stores and adherence to the TD Look guide; Identifies strengths and opportunities for improvement
Coaches store leadership to ensure Customer problems are handled appropriately and participates in the resolution of Customer issues as needed
Partners with RMM and Store leadership team to consistently focus and elevate Customer Experience
Manages regional compliance training stats for at least 96% completion goal
Applies a high level of expertise and project management skills to a variety of projects for an assigned region
Ensures effective and consistent risk management throughout assigned area as it relates to loss, exposure, reputation, Customers, Employees and the brand
May participate in developing policies, procedures and processes and/or assisting on more complex projects
Implements and maintains retail operations policies, procedures and processes through store visits, regional leadership meetings and involvement in training initiatives
Monitors and analyzes market and regional performance related to retail operations, loss, risk exposure, controllable expenses
Serves as Retail Operations lead for projects that impact store network, such as; acquisitions, store openings, closings, consolidations, system changes and policy development
Provides direction and recommendations on behalf of Retail Operations by participating in various initiatives
Partners with store leadership to ensure appropriate management of controllable expenses and adherence to Store Performance Standards
Works with RMM to identify, mentor and coach candidates to the Achieve Program
Builds partnership with HR to interview and recruit key Store leadership positions
Works with Security on frauds, robberies, theft etc as it relates to each region
Provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring and guidance to ensure ongoing development, long term business plan goals and operational integrity
Demonstrates leadership as per TDBFG Guiding Principles and Leadership Profile
Job Requirements
3 years related experience required
Prior supervisory experience required
Project management and organizational skills needed with demonstrated ability to bring a project in on time and within budget
Proven ability to implement change successfully
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior successful relationship management experience required
Demonstrated ability to influence others actions and decisions successfully without express authority within the assigned Region and Market
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures
PC experience including Microsoft Office Suite and Company applications as necessary
Travel within the Region is required
Travel outside the region/market may be necessary
