About the Role
As a Global Incentive Compensation Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the incentive compensation design, implementation, and ongoing performance assessment process for the company's global workforce. What You'll Do
- Support design and implementation of incentive compensation plans for the company's global workforce
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing incentive compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices for incentive compensation
- Conduct regular analysis of incentive compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide guidance to management on incentive compensation plans, and trends
- Ensure that incentive compensation plans are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to administer incentive compensation plans and resolve any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials related to incentive compensation plans
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience supporting design and administration of incentive compensation plans preferred
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to incentive compensation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. Knowledge of Monte Carlo simulation models desirable.
- Knowledge of business performance metrics definitions and use cases
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
