- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with governmental or corporate accounting is a plus
