What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Psychologist position at TDB Communications, Inc.?
We are TDB Communications, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and we are seeking Clinical Psychologist in your area, who are willing to conduct one-time exams for Veterans. These assessments, (C&P Exams), will be performed on an independent 1099 contract basis and the fees paid directly to you.
The opportunity is to support disabled U.S. Veterans by conducting disability assessments on a one-time exam, non-treatment basis. As the veteran has been diagnosed and is receiving treatment, however their PCP cannot do these exams, as it would be a conflict of interest. This is the beginning stages of the veterans disability claim, that many have waited over 5 plus years to have.
The cases will have a focus on diagnosis's such as, TBI's and PTSD.
We work with YOUR schedule, based on your availability with no minimum hourly commitment. On average these exams take around 30 minutes but can go longer depending on why they need to be examined. The scheduler will arrange all your appointments and confirm with you, prior to making the appointment with the Veteran.
You must have an office for this opportunity.
The VA uses a safe computer portal for you to receive these medical files for veterans, around 3 days prior to them coming in for an appointment, so that you are able to review and see exactly why they are scheduled to come in for an appointment.
