Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and reviewing tenant leasing paperwork
- Inspecting interior and exterior of units for property damage
- Assess charges for property damage.
- Proficient and comfortable with all aspects of leasing process and provide relevant information to clients by phone, meeting etc.
- General administrative duties including updating files, accepting payments/running credit cards etc.
- Customer Service duties such as assisting reception desk personnel with phones as needed, assisting with move-out notices and Community Center reservations and other related tasks.
- Data Entry
- Maintain work areas & vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Valid Alaska driver’s license
- Ability to be insured by company auto insurance.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or general office experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and web-based programs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Background will be viewed.
- Drug free environment.
