Overview
Location: This is a hybrid position requiring regular travel to our headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.
Work Schedule: This is a year-round internship. We require approximately 20 hours per week during core business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm).

The hourly compensation for this position is $17.00.

Responsibilities
Position Overview:
In this position you will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech learning environment to evaluate leading-edge technologies and develop systems in support of and the continuous improvement within the TDS Route Acquisition Team. Your existing problem solving, communication, and organizational skills will be expanded by learning to integrate a broad spectrum of technologies into day-to-day operations that will build a solid foundation for your career. These include but are not limited to:
- Producing, formatting, and publishing support materials and reports
- MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Visio
- Continuous Improvement and Data Science environments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Desire to create innovative ways to bring new visualization techniques to project stakeholders
- Ability to communicate the vision and goal of projects to capture an audience
- Attention to detail for request processing and updating data repositories
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Writing and reviewing SOPs and supporting files in support of team success
- Skilled at leading a variety of individuals in an effort to work towards a common goal
- Proficient at organizing and leading cross-functional teams

- High school diploma or equivalency
- Must be able to complete working hours between M-F 8-5pm

Associates scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off benefits such as vacation (15 days accrued per year for full-time; pro-rated for part-time associates working between 20-39 hours), sick leave (10 days accrued per year for full-time and pro-rated for all other associates), seven paid national holidays and one floating holiday, paid parental leave (2 weeks after 12 months of employment), among others. Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability coverage is also available for associates working 30 or more hours per week and Education Assistance is available to full-time associates. Associates scheduled to work under twenty hours per week or for a limited term (i.e. interns) are eligible for medical coverage, the 401(k) plan (if 18 or older), as well as sick leave (10 days accrued per year for full-time and pro-rated for all other associates).
