EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum high school diploma or GED; previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment; previous experience with computers, phone systems and workforce management; ; excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to read and adhere to a client-approved script; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, goal-oriented work environment; and the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Remote Call Center Representative/Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients over the phone. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds to and properly documents all transactions and calls.
  • Provides responses to questions, and refers callers to alternate sources when appropriate.
  • Educates MA Consumers by providing information regarding physical and behavioral health services and service providers under the Health Choices Program to assist with voluntary choice and plan transfers. Maintains system and program knowledge of the EAP and the Health Choices program by referencing the client knowledge base system,
  • Performs data entry as required
  • Participates in mail enrollment and outreach activities, as required.
  • Reports any issues, concerns, and problems to the Call Center Supervisor.
  • Meets all metrics established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria.
  • Conforms to daily work schedule
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and quality standards set by the company
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be using client-approved script
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
