The Winfield-Mount Union Community School District is located 15 minutes north of Mount Pleasant, and 45 minutes from Iowa City and Burlington. Winfield is home to the Twin Lakes Country Club and Golf Course, which draws visitors from neighboring communities.
This position will be responsible for direction and overall supervision of a group of preschool children. Performs activities that ensure the safety, involvement, and creativity of each individual in the group. Works cooperatively with the lead teacher to discuss and aide in the implementation of daily plans in accordance with the current curriculum.
