WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Type of Authority: Staff

Reports To: Superintendent

Consults With: Board of Education, Principals, and Faculty/Staff


MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENT:

Teaching Certificate as awarded by the State of Iowa or other Certificate awarded by the BOEE

Administrative Certification as awarded by the State of Iowa

Demonstrates planning and managing financial resources and budget development/management.

Demonstrates effective stewardship of school resources.

Provides development, public relations, and marketing for the Catholic school.

Provides long-range and strategic planning.

Intentionally plans for and demonstrates strategies on change management.

Understands Catholic school structures and works effectively with boards. Represents and promotes the school effectively in the wider community.

Seeks to develop partnerships with outside groups to benefit the school community.

Advocates the support of Catholic schools by the entire Catholic community.

Fosters a school-parish relationship that is mutually beneficial.
