Overview:
Teachers Now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants to make a difference!
An ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate the following and/or have experiences with:
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Creative and outside-of-the-box thinking
- Strong problem-solving, project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
- Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor
Responsibilities:
- High volume full-cycle recruiting for Substitute Teachers in a designated area. This includes screening candidates, interviewing, making offers, and follow up communication.
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and other resources
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year recruiting experience (preffered)
- High volume recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Good working knowledge of G-suite, Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Reliably commute to and fromthe main office. (Required)
