Field Technician

A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform repairs, adjustments and maintenance of equipment.

· Delivery, setup and pickup of containments and poly on various jobs and locations.

· Conduct regular inspection and preventative maintenance on company trucks and equipment.

· Clean and service all porta-cans timely.

· Service porta-cans when on location.

· Maintain maintenance records of equipment.

· Respond and resolve to customer complaints in a timely manner.

· Verify straps and chains are secure before transportation.

· Wear appropriate PPE when working or on any customers location.

· Maintain proper fuel records.

· Have constant communication with other employees regarding locations, equipment and supplies. (VIA GROUP TEXT)

· Ensure all customer call-outs are properly addressed.

· Submit accurate and timely paperwork, tickets, etc. to the Operations Manager.

· Maintain Professional Integrity.

· Other duties as assigned by Supervisors

B. EDUCATION/EXPREIENCE:

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· Maintain a Valid Driver license (CDL if required), minimum age of 21 at time of employment.

C. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

· Knowledge of equipment and how to operate.

· Ability to work long hours in all weather conditions.

· Ability to prepare reports and maintain operational/equipment logs and records.

· Effectively communicate with staff and clients.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job:

· Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.

· Moderate noise levels.

· Primarily outdoor work with temperatures ranging from below 32° to above 100°.

· Work in confined spaces

· Oil and gas locations were H2S may be present.

E. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job:

· The employee is required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, or crawl for extended times.

· Regularly lift and/or move up from 100 to 200 pounds; occasionally more than 300 pounds.

· Ability to use multiple senses (including touch, vision, and auditory) to complete various required tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
